The first memory that comes to mind from a kitchen is when I was a child, watching my mother cook at home with love. Love for my father, love for her children. A family cook.

After three decades as a professional chef, having worked in some of the best restaurants and even earning a Michelin star in my youth, what I feel most now is this.

A family cook.

And here I am at Unanue, which feels like my home, cooking for you as if you were my family.
